Gebruiker (User)
Go to Users / Add User. Enter the required information and create a password (which you will then share with your new user). Installing the Skip Activation On plugin disables Send User Notification. Make sure the box is unchecked. Your user's role is Subscriber.

Product
Go to Products / Add New Product. Enter a product name. Keep the product description short. For example, you could refer to a manual for your product. Add a link to the word, for example. HERE that directs your customer to your product manual.
Under Product Details, select Downloadable. Do not enter anything for the prices. You sell your products through, for example, a Mollie or iDeal link.
Then click Add File / Choose File and upload your zip file or PDF. Enter your product name in the File Name field. Finally, click PUBLISH.

Mail
If you don't have an email system, here's a solution. Search for Ultimate WP Mail (Etoile Web Design) under Add Plugin and install/activate the plugin. Then, click Emails in the menu on the left. You don't need to change anything here. Normally, you'd have to enter your credentials for SMTP, but in our experience, this isn't necessary.
Click Add New in the purple box. You can then choose a template and edit it, or you can choose the blue 1-column box, for example, and start from scratch. Don't forget to save your email. You can test it on the right using Send Email. And of course, you'll use this system to provide your new user with the necessary information.
If your email fails to send, go to Emails/Settings in the left menu and scroll down to Basic/General. Enter your Email 'From' Name and Email 'From' Email Address.

Login page
Your own image for the login page. Create an image with a pixel size of approximately 600×600. Upload the image via Media. Copy the URL.
In the menu on the left, go to Plugins / Plugin File Editor. On the right, under "Select plugin to edit," select Simple CRM for WooCommerce. Scroll to line 83 and replace <img src="”https://kiyaya.nl/wp-content/uploads/2025/11/kiyaya-1.png”" alt="”Login" image”> The URL in the link you copied from your image. Leave the "..." The URL may look different, but the important thing is to replace the part between that first "...". Leave ALT Login Image untouched. Don't forget to click Update File.

Lay-out
The appearance of your Dashboard and Login page depends on your WordPress theme. We have no control over this. If you only have one product, the box will be positioned quite high on the Dashboard page. That's not a good look. Add some space above the box so it appears centered on the page.
