The plugin comes with a license key. We'll set it up manually for you, ideally as quickly as possible. However, if you order while we're enjoying a good night's sleep, it might take a while. Keep an eye on your (spam) inbox!

1. If you have multiple websites, it's handy to be able to install the plugin on multiple websites (and choose option 5 or 10). The circle will be placed on the pages you choose. So, if you have one license key, you can only place the circle on that one website.

Yes, that's possible. You can display it sitewide or only on a page of your choosing.
Yes, that's possible.
You're entitled to a refund within 14 days of purchase. Naturally, your license key will then be blocked, and you'll no longer be able to use the plugin.
