We process personal data to ensure our products function properly, to assign the right products to the right customers, and to analyze and improve our website. We share only what is strictly necessary with trusted parties such as Mollie (payments) and Google (website analytics). You can access, edit, or delete your data via our helpdesk.

We process data based on the following bases under the GDPR (where applicable):
Execution of the agreement (e.g. delivery and allocation of the product)
Legal obligation (e.g. administrative and tax retention periods)
Legitimate interest (e.g. improving and securing our services), with your privacy in mind
Consent (e.g. analytics/cookies), which you can withdraw at any time
Sharing with third parties
We do not share personal data with third parties except when necessary to provide our services or when we are legally obligated to do so. Specifically:
Mollie (payments)
We share the minimum data required for a secure and trusted payment system (e.g. name, payment/account details, transaction information).
Google (website analysis)
To understand how our website is used, we share usage data with Google Analytics, where permitted. We do not share form content with analytics tools.
We conclude appropriate agreements with processors where necessary and we never share more than is strictly necessary.
Storage and security
We process and store data within our WordPress environment and selected processors.
Security through HTTPS, limited access based on role, updates and backups.
We periodically test our processes and improve where necessary.
No system is 100% watertight, but we take appropriate technical and organizational measures to limit misuse, loss, unauthorized access, and unwanted disclosure.
Retention periods
We do not retain personal data for longer than necessary for the purposes in this policy.
We retain payment and invoice information for as long as legally required.

Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for functional purposes and, where permitted, for analytics with Google. This helps us improve the performance and user-friendliness of the site.

We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, as defined by the GDPR.
International transfer
Some processors (such as Google) may process data outside the EEA. In that case, we strive to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g., standard contractual clauses), or we limit processing to what is necessary and permitted.
